Our Story
We missed a flavour nobody was selling
Our grandparents grew coffee in Loja, Ecuador. We left young, built lives in London and Europe, and discovered world-class specialty from every origin — except ours. The coffee we remembered from home was nowhere on UK shelves. Three brothers, one family connection to the farms, and a gap in the market we couldn't ignore.
Sales & Operations
Manuel
Ten years in the coffee trade taught Manuel one thing: reliability is everything. He runs our London operations — from order to delivery — so the lot that lands at your roastery is exactly the one you cupped.
Marketing & E-Commerce
Oscar
Years of digital experience across Europe taught Oscar how to turn complex products into clear, compelling experiences. He runs our marketing and e-commerce — from the wholesale catalog to the Shopify store — making sure roasters can find us, browse lots, and order without friction.
Sourcing & Quality
Edgar
Every harvest, Edgar flies back to Loja — the region where the family is from — to cup alongside producers, agree terms face to face, and approve lots before they ship. If it doesn't meet the standard, it stays in origin.
Our grandmother still asks if the coffee arrived safely. It always does. Manuel handles logistics in London. Oscar gets it in front of the right roasters. Edgar cups every lot at origin before it ships. Between the three of us, we cover the whole chain — farm gate to your roastery door.
Sourcing
How we source
As a London-based specialty coffee importer, we source from a small number of producers we know personally — starting in our hometown of Loja and expanding across Ecuador. Direct relationships, harvest visits, and pricing agreed before picking starts.
